LAMBDABOARD is a flexible faced Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board made on a continuous laminator. Installations include; over purlin, ceilings, side cladding and cavity walls. The core material (PIR) a thermosetting closed cell foam plastic, offering the highest levels of insulation properties. LAMBDABOARD complies with the Montreal Protocol regarding OZONE DEPLETION and the Kyoto Protocol regarding GLOBAL WARMING in the manufacturing process.

Fire Properties: SANS 428 protocol currently in testing phase(B1 achieved in Phase 1), PIR foam is the only rigid foam insulation to pass both the ANSI UL 1256 and FM (Factory Mutual) 4450 fire tests.

Lambdaboard is produced on a continuous production line, faced with various flexible facings including, paper, mineral fibre tissues, coated or uncoated fibre tissue and aluminium foil, depending on the required application.Lambdaboard has been proven successful world wide in a variety of construction applications such as roofing, cladding, cavity fill, under-screed, curtain walling, airconditioning, piping etc.
